Shawn McClimon was great to work with. He was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend Precision Roofing. They did a great job on the roof installation and the entire process went very smoothly.

Candie and Jason were great! They helped me file an insurance claim after a hail storm, and was approved for a new roof! Candie took care of everything, and made the process so smooth. Jason made sure to pre and post inspect my roof to make sure the job was done right! My neighbor used them as well! They explained everything to her, and took care of the rest! Happy with our new roofs and increased home value! I’d recommend Precision Roofing to anyone!

I can’t speak more highly of this company! We were a year and a half into trying to get our roof approved/replaced with a different company when I met Candie. We moved our business to Precision and haven’t looked back since. They got our roof approved in a matter of weeks. Candie and her team were phenomenal! She provided great customer service every step of the way and our new roof looks great. We are customers for life! Thanks again!

We had such a wonderful experience with Shawn at Precision Roofing! From the very beginning, he was so personable, genuine, and easy to work with. We never felt pressured or pushed into anything, which we really appreciated. Shawn took the time to answer all of our questions and even walked us through the insurance claim process after our claim was initially denied.

We’re so grateful for the way Shawn treated us and would absolutely recommend him and Precision Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company!

I can’t say enough good things about Michael Graham and the job he did helping me get my new roof. From the very beginning, Michael made the whole insurance process so much easier than I expected. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and was always there when I needed him.

Michael truly went above and beyond for me. He stayed on top of everything with the insurance company and made sure nothing was overlooked. I never felt like I was just another customer, he genuinely cared about getting everything taken care of the right way.

My new roof looks amazing, and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Michael to any of my friends or family. He’s professional, dependable, and someone you can trust to go the extra mile for his customers.

Thanks again, Michael, for everything you did!

Carlos came to my door and offered to do a free roof inspection, 6 weeks later, I had a new roof due to the hail damage that he discovered. Throughout the process he was diligent and communicated what I should expect every step of the way. Any questions or concerns we had were met with professionalism.

This company was great,I dealt with Alex Deyton. My insurance company did not wanna work with us at all. He went the extra mile to make sure my insurance company covered all the damages. He came by the house and did multiple videos and took care of everything. I would highly suggest using this company. Especially Alex.

Precision Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement. Michael Graham, with Precision Roofing, was our contact and managed the project. He was very professional, easy to talk to and stayed in contact with us throughout the process. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were taken care of.
Their installers did an awesome job! They were professional, efficient and also easy to communicate with.
We highly recommend this roofing company!

Beyond satisfied. From the first interaction, it felt like Cameron was on my team the whole time. He knew how to speak to the insurance company and oversaw my project from start to finish. What would usually be a stressful situation (working with insurance on a storm damaged roof), Cameron made simple. PLUS, the icing on the cake: my new roof looks amazing. Highly recommend Precision!

Several homes in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Woodstock had major shingle damage from Hurricane Helene and needed full roof replacements, but the insurance companies were only willing to cover roof repairs. Watch the following video to see how our roofing specialists at Precision Roofing stepped in to advocate for the neighborhood's homeowners and get them a covered full roof repair.
